OK, there is no printed book, at least not yet. However, before you leave this page, please give me a chance to explain why. If, after reading our explanation, you would still like a printed copy I will add your name to a list of people to be informed when and if there is one.
Besides the obvious benefits of an eBook being treeless, there are many more advantages:
- The inclusion of a multitude of color photographs, graphs, and charts that would just be too costly in a traditionally printed book.
- The flexibility of issuing updated versions without the cost of reprinting.
- Hot links to other sources of information and content.
I realize that a paper book with all the color pictures, tables, graphs, and charts that CHILL in the Living Room contains might be a better solution for many of us. But the reality of publishing a paper book of this size, would be less content, limited color, infrequent updates and a higher price plus the monetary and environmental cost of shipping.
